Trax at Dupont Station convienently offers Studios, 1 bedrooms, 2 bedroom apartments, as well as a selection of Townhouses.

Current pricing is available on our Floor Plans page and is updated regularly. The listed price is the base monthly rent.

 Our homes feature stainless steel appliances in select homes, full-size in-home washers and dryers, oversized windows, spacious floor plans, select apartments have full patios or balconies depending on the building. Community amenities include a seasonal heated pool and spa, 24-hour fitness center, secure parcel locker room, playground, community room and game room as well

 Yes! Trax at Dupont Stations welcomes up to two pets per home. Breed restrictions apply. Pet costs include a $200 refundable deposit, a $250 one-time fee, and $35 monthly pet rent per pet. 

We currently offer 12-month lease terms. At this time, short-term leases are only available upon availability and prior approval.

To apply, click "Apply Now" at the top of our website. The application fee is $66.09 per applicant. Applicants must have a monthly household income of at least 2.5 times the rent and complete a credit and background screening.

Yes! Carports and garages are available to rent. Guest parking is also available throughout the community.

Utilities are billed separately from rent. Water, sewer, garbage, pest control, and common area gas and electric are billed monthly through the community based on an allocation method. Electricity for your home is billed directly by the utility provider.

Trax at Dupont Station is not a gated community.

Trax at Dupont Station is located within the Steilacoom School District. Nearby schools include Cherrydale Primary, Chloe Clark Elementary, Pioneer Middle School, Steilacoom High School.

Trax at Dupont Station is right off the I-5 Freeway at the Dupont City Center exit. There is a Park & Ride within walking distance as well as access quick access to JBLM through the Dupont Gate.

Grocery Shopping is located nearby in Lacey or Lakewood. Lacey Costco is about 10 minutes away. Located directly on-site, there is a Boba shop, and Tap Room! Inside of Dupont and within walking distance there are plenty of Resturants like Farelli's Pizza, McNamaras Irish Pub, Viva Mexican Resturant, Quiznoz, and Thai Tast Resturant.

There are plenty of locations to enjoy outdoor recreation in Dupont! Our favorites are the Sequalitchew Creek Trail, Dupont Community Garden,  and Sellers Park! There are plenty of locations to access water recreation, dog parks, and playgrounds in the area and within nearby cities too, feel free to ask our team for recommendations during your tour!
